Scott-Farrar at Peterborough’s Priority Wait List is an opportunity for future residents to plan ahead.  By joining, you are letting us know that when you are ready you want to move to Scott-Farrar.  We will then call you each time an appropriate apartment becomes available.  You may choose that apartment or if it’s not the right time, you may turn it down.  Priority Wait List Members will always have the opportunity to accept an apartment before those not on the Priority Wait List.
