–Glendale Senior Dining at Scott-Farrar
The Leadership at Scott-Farrar chose Glendale Senior Dining, a New Hampshire
Company, to operate the resident dining services program based on their proven
commitment to quality locally-sourced foods, their talented culinary team members and
their relentless pursuit to provide warm, caring hospitality services to the residents,
guests and employees of Scott Farrar Home.
Resident families and guests are always welcome to enjoy a meal while visiting. A
beautiful private dining room is also available for private parties and celebrations such
as birthdays, anniversaries and other family related gatherings. Glendale Senior
Dining will proudly provide any dining needs and arrangements for special occasions
to insure a perfect outcome.
Independent Living Residents are entitled to daily dinner services and may purchase
breakfast and lunch in Jennie’s Café as desired.
Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents will participate in daily breakfast, lunch
and dinner services along with snack services any time of day.
Special diets and food allergies will be carefully provided as directed. The Glendale
Senior Dining culinary team goal is to consistently provide fresh, healthy, nutritious
meals that we are proud to serve to the Scott Farrar Resident population.
Lastly, if there is a dish that you would like added to our menu, please let our Chef
Manager know, we will be happy to provide as a featured special, with credit to you!
Meet Amanda
As the Culinary Director at Scott-Farrar, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the table.
Amanda grew up in Texas and at 19 years old, she fell in love with the food service industry while working at the Saks Fifth Avenue Café in San Antonio. Her love of food quickly led her to the Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Boston, MA where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for the art of cooking.
Amanda spent the last 17 years working at Seven Hills at Crotched Mountain in Greenfield, NH as the Food Service Director. With a commitment to excellence and a love for serving others, Amanda strives to create memorable dining experiences that delight the senses and bring people together.
Amanda lives in Antrim with her husband and two sons.
